I have had Real Estate Connection Business Manager, Kate, managing my rentals in Powell, Wyoming. Kate has done an... outstanding job. Very professional, very friendly and east to talk to. She has gone out of her way to continue to check on the renters and condition of the rentals. One came vacant recently and she went above and beyond to get it cleaned and turned around to rent in just a few days. She kept very close contact with me on anything needing repair or replaced. She shopped for replacements lamps and ect to find the very best buy. I appreciate everything she has done for me. This review is for the amazing organized superhero Kate Kysar. She joined the property management team last July and I... cannot saw enough positive things about her. We own 9 rental units in Powell and she fills any empty units quickly with high quality tenants, she handles any tenant or maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, and she's very responsive. I used to be way more hands on with our properties despite having a property manager, but now I hardly pay attention until the monthly reconciliation. She has truly made my life easier. I highly recommend her!!read more
