Carl was born in Powell and raised in Cody and loves living in Wyoming. He attended Utah State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Carl and his wife, Shelly have lived in Powell with their 4 children since 2003. Carl and Shelly love following and watching their kids play all sports. Carl is a member of the Powell Athletic Roundtable and enjoys watching and supporting High School sports as well as attending and supporting Northwest College Athletics as a host parent. He is a very active in his church and serves in the church. “I love this area and Wyoming and am proud to be from here.
